The Requirements for Admission of new students from Grade 2 to Grade 10 are as follows:
- PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy is acceptable as long as original is presented for reference)
- 2 pcs. 2×2 I.D. picture (white background)
- Report Card from originating school with LRN of student
- Good Moral Character Certificate (or Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer)
For Grade 1 applicants, same as above but add the following:
- ECCD Checklist
- Certificate of Kindergarten Completion
For Preschoolers, only the following are required for submission:
- PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy is acceptable as long as original is presented for reference)
- 2 pcs. 2×2 I.D. picture (white background)
Additional for Pre-kindergarten:
- Updated baby book / health record
- ECCD Card (from Health Center)
- Growth Chart (from Health Center)
